In return,  our consulting service does come with an upfront free. This consulting fee is variable  depending on the complexity of your engagement with us. Our pricing is transparent and payments are required upfront.

Properties priced at less than $1 million dollars:       
$20,000 GST inc.

Properties priced at $1 million dollars or more:          2.2% GST inc.

Special projects & duplex sites:                                      3.3% GST inc.

Auction attendance fee* (regardless of outcome):    $5,000 GST inc.
